Up to 12% lighter than acetate, HEXETATE™ makes bold, chunky frames comfortable without sacrificing style and can be adjusted by opticians.
More Durable
HEXETATE™ lends itself to thinner, lighter designs (with less material waste). It holds its shape perfectly, unlike acetate which can shrink and shift in high temperatures.
Healthier
Free from harmful chemicals such as BPA/DEP and phthalates. HEXETATE™ is perfectly compatible with polycarbonate lenses, unlike acetate.
Certified Sustainable
Available in a GRS-certified recycled version: HEXETATE™ is made from 70% post-consumer recycled plastic, just as transparent as virgin material.
